Manuscript Withdrawal

Authors are strongly discouraged from withdrawing manuscripts once they have been submitted. During the submission process, authors have confirmed that their article is original, not under consideration, and has not been published elsewhere. Withdrawing a manuscript after submission is considered a breach of this agreement and results in the unnecessary use of valuable editorial and reviewer time, as well as resources invested by the publisher.

If an author insists on withdrawing a manuscript that is still under peer review, a withdrawal fee of IDR 250,000 per manuscript will be charged as compensation for the time and effort spent by editors and reviewers. Furthermore, withdrawing a manuscript to submit it simultaneously or subsequently to another journal is considered unethical publishing behavior.

In cases where a manuscript is withdrawn after it has been accepted for publication, the author will be required to pay a withdrawal fee of IDR 350,000 per manuscript. Manuscript withdrawal will only be processed after the withdrawal penalty has been fully settled with the publisher.

Authors who refuse to comply with the withdrawal policy or fail to pay the required penalty may be blacklisted from future publication opportunities in this journal and other journals under the same publisher.
