1. Open Access Policy
Journal of Health Service Administration and Hospital Management (LACERI) adopts a full open access policy. All published articles are freely available to the public without subscription or access fees.

2. License and Copyright
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) License .
Authors retain full copyright of their work and grant the journal the right to publish, distribute, and promote the article.

3. Article Processing Charge (APC)
The journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) policy. All fees are clearly stated and transparently available on the journal’s website prior to submission.

4. Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure scientific quality, originality, and relevance in the fields of hospital administration, health service management, healthcare policy, and hospital operations.

5. Publication Ethics
The journal adheres to international publication ethics standards, including the prevention of plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, data falsification, and conflicts of interest.

7. Article Posting and Accessibility

  • Articles are published online immediately after acceptance and completion of the production process.
  • The final version of the article (Version of Record) is freely accessible without embargo.
  • Article metadata are disseminated to indexing services, repositories, and academic databases to maximize visibility and accessibility.

8. Author Self-Archiving Policy
Authors are permitted to:

  • Deposit and share the final published version in institutional repositories, personal websites, research networks, or academic platforms.
  • Use their articles for academic, educational, and non-commercial purposes with proper citation to the original publication.

9. Withdrawal and Retraction Policy
The journal implements withdrawal, correction, and retraction policies in accordance with recognized international publication ethics guidelines and the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
