Editor's Duties

  • Editors are responsible for the content and quality of the journal, making fair and unbiased decisions based on the academic merits of the manuscript.
  • They manage the peer review process transparently and confidentially, ensuring the anonymity of authors and reviewers where applicable.
  • Conflicts of interest must be declared and managed to avoid bias.
  • Editors act in accordance with legal requirements and ethical standards, and handle any suspected misconduct with appropriate investigation and action.

Reviewer Duties

  • Reviewers should evaluate manuscripts in a timely, objective, and confidential manner.
  • They should identify relevant prior work that has not been cited by the authors and notify the editor of any ethical concerns or potential violations.
  • Reviewer comments should be constructive and aimed at improving the quality of the manuscript.

Handling Misconduct
