Journal of Structures, Infrastructure, Planning, Implementation, and Legislation (SIPIL) has E-ISSN: 3123-4674. SIPIL Journal is published by CV. Get Press Indonesia. SIPIL Journal has been indexed by Google Scholar, Dimensions, Crossref, GARUDA, and International Copernicus Index (ICI). SIPIL Journal is a scientific journal intended for the field of Civil Engineering which covers Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Water Resources and Hydraulics, Construction Management, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning and Infrastructure, Applied Science and Information Technology in Civil Engineering, and Construction Occupational Safety and Health.

The main aim of this journal is to serve as a forum for the dissemination of scientific articles in the field of Civil Engineering which is open to students, lecturers, researchers, practitioners, and academics both within Indonesia and internationally.

SIPIL Journal is published 2 times a year, namely in April and October.

We hereby invite researchers, lecturers, students, practitioners, and academics to join in publishing the results of their research for the edition of Vol. 2 No. 1 April 2026. The articles that will be published are manuscripts that have been declared accepted by the EDITOR after going through the REVIEW process and the publication quota has not been fulfilled.

The editorial team is committed to providing a fast, transparent, and constructive review process with manuscript status notifications within approximately one week after submission.

We ask that authors who will submit their articles follow the rules for writing articles according to the Journal Template and Author Guidelines that have been provided by SIPIL Journal. Structure, Infrastructure, Planning, Implementation, and Legislation (SIPIL) policy as described in the Publication Ethics  based on the COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines, the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), and the Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association  (OASPA) for the principles of transparency and best practices for scientific publication.
