Posting Article Policy

Structures, Infrastructure, Planning, Implementation, and Legislation (SIPIL) publishes original research articles and reviews in the field of civil engineering, infrastructure, planning, implementation, and legislation. To maintain the quality and integrity of its publications, the journal adopts the following posting policies:

• Originality and Exclusivity
  All submitted manuscripts must be original and should not have been published or submitted elsewhere. Authors are required to confirm that their work is submitted exclusively to SIPIL during the review and publication process.
• Open Access Posting
  All published articles are freely available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows readers to read, download, copy, distribute, and reuse articles with proper acknowledgment of the original authors.
• Author Rights and Responsibilities
  Authors retain copyright of their work while granting SIPIL the right to publish and disseminate it. Authors are permitted to share their articles on personal websites, institutional repositories, or as part of academic activities, provided that proper citation of the published version is included.
• Correction and Retraction Policies
  Corrections, retractions, or updates to published articles will be managed promptly by the editorial team to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and credibility of the scholarly record.
• Archiving and Preservation
  All published content is archived in trusted digital systems to secure long-term accessibility and preservation for the civil engineering research community.
