Archive Policy

Public Universal System for Teaching, Archiving, Knowledge, and Open Access (PUSTAKO) is committed to the preservation and long-term accessibility of all published research articles. To ensure permanent availability, PUSTAKO utilizes reliable digital archiving systems, including LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe), to create a distributed archive among participating libraries and institutions.

These measures ensure that journal content remains accessible to future generations of librarians, archivists, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers in the field of library science and archival studies. Furthermore, the publisher collaborates with trusted partners to maintain digital backups and ensure the journal’s preservation, even in the event of technological or organizational changes.

By implementing strong archiving practices, PUSTAKO upholds the integrity, sustainability, and long-term preservation of scientific knowledge in library and archival sciences for both Indonesian and international communities.
