Laboratory-Based Research and Observation aims to disseminate scientific findings, improve research quality, and serve as a reference for researchers, academics, laboratory personnel, and practitioners in various fields of health, life sciences, environment, industry, and applied sciences. The journal welcomes quality original scientific articles that contribute to the development of laboratory science and practice.

The journal is scheduled to commence publication in 2026 and will be published biannually (June and December). All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, ensuring free and open access to all published content. The journal does not charge submission or peer-review fees.

All submitted manuscripts must comply with the journal’s Publication Ethics, which follows the COPE Best Practice Guidelines and aligns with the principles of the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) and the Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association (OASPA) for transparency and best practices in scholarly publishing.
