Posting Article Policy

1. Open Access Policy

High-Impact Techniques for Understanding Analysis and Numerical Growth (HITUANG) adopts a full open access policy. All published articles are freely available to the public without subscription, registration, or access fees. The journal is committed to promoting the broad dissemination and exchange of research in mathematical analysis, numerical methods, computational mathematics, mathematical modeling, and related disciplines.

2. License and Copyright

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) License.

Authors retain the copyright of their published work and grant the journal the right to publish, distribute, archive, and promote the article in accordance with the terms of the CC BY 4.0 License. Proper attribution to the original authors and source is required for any permitted use.

3. Article Processing Charge (APC)

The journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) policy. Any applicable publication fees are clearly stated and transparently communicated to authors through the journal's official website and publication policies.

APC, when applicable, is charged only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication. There are no submission or peer-review charges.

4. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure scientific quality, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to mathematical analysis, numerical methods, computational mathematics, mathematical modeling, applied mathematics, and related disciplines.

Manuscripts are evaluated by qualified reviewers with relevant academic and research expertise.

5. Publication Ethics

HITUANG adheres to internationally recognized publication ethics standards and follows the principles and guidance of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

The journal is committed to preventing and addressing plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, inappropriate authorship, conflicts of interest, and other forms of academic misconduct.

6. Archiving and Preservation

All published articles are preserved through appropriate digital archiving and preservation systems to support long-term accessibility and availability of the journal's scholarly content.

HITUNG supports the use of the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) and other appropriate digital preservation mechanisms where applicable.

7. Article Posting and Accessibility

• Articles are published online after completion of the editorial, peer-review, revision, and production processes.
• The final published version of the article (Version of Record) is freely accessible without an embargo period.
• Article metadata may be disseminated to indexing services, scholarly databases, repositories, and other appropriate academic discovery systems.
• Published articles remain freely accessible through the journal's official website.

8. Author Self-Archiving Policy

Authors are permitted to:

• Deposit and share the final published version of their articles in institutional repositories, personal academic websites, or other appropriate academic platforms.
• Use their published articles for academic, educational, research, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of the CC BY 4.0 License.
• Share the published article with appropriate citation and acknowledgment of the original publication.

Authors should provide the correct bibliographic information and link to the original journal publication whenever possible.

9. Withdrawal and Retraction Policy

HITUNG implements manuscript withdrawal, correction, and retraction procedures in accordance with recognized international publication ethics guidelines.

Articles may be withdrawn or retracted when serious errors, ethical violations, plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, or other forms of academic misconduct are identified.

Any correction or retraction will be handled transparently, with appropriate notices provided to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
