The scope of GIZI encompasses a broad range of nutrition-related fields, including but not limited to: macro- and micronutrients; bioactive compounds and functional foods; public health nutrition and nutritional epidemiology; sports nutrition; clinical nutrition; nutritional physiology and nutrigenomics; and nutrition across the life course.
