The Journal GIZI: Growth, Innovation, and Nutrition Science in Indonesia is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal managed by CV. Get Press Indonesia. Our mission is to advance the development of nutrition and related health sciences by publishing high-quality, impactful research that bridges the gap between scientific discovery and its real-world application. We welcome original research articles, systematic reviews, and scientific reports that reflect the latest developments and pressing challenges in nutrition practice and research. The journal's main focus covers various areas of nutrition, including: Macro and Micronutrients, Bioactive Nutrition and Functional Foods, Public Health and Nutritional Epidemiology, Sports Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, Nutritional Physiology and Nutrigenomics, and Nutrition Throughout the Life Cycle. Through this journal, we are committed to fostering collaboration between researchers across institutions and disciplines, as well as providing a platform for in-depth scientific discussions on current issues in the field of nutrition, both nationally and globally. GIZI emphasizes not only scientific and innovative aspects, but also the practical benefits of research findings to improve nutrition services, food policies, and industrial and technological development in the field of nutrition. This journal uses an open peer-review process to ensure the scientific validity, originality, and relevance of each published manuscript. All articles are open access and licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, which allows free distribution and reuse with proper attribution of the author.
