GIZI: Growth, Innovation, and Nutrition Science in Indonesia is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published by CV. The scope of GIZI encompasses a broad range of nutrition-related fields, including but not limited to: macro- and micronutrients; bioactive compounds and functional foods; public health nutrition and nutritional epidemiology; sports nutrition; clinical nutrition; nutritional physiology and nutrigenomics; and nutrition across the life course.
Committed to fostering interdisciplinary and interinstitutional collaboration, GIZI provides a scholarly forum for in-depth discussion of current nutrition issues at both national and global scales. The journal emphasizes not only scientific rigor and innovation, but also the translation of research findings into practical applications, supporting improvements in nutrition services, food and nutrition policies, and technological and industrial development within the nutrition sector.
GIZI implements an open peer-review process to ensure transparency, scientific integrity, originality, and relevance of every published manuscript. All articles are published under an open-access model and licensed with the a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction, provided proper attribution to the original authors is given.
