Bridging Academic Knowledge and Transformative Communication Outcomes (BAKATO) is an open access peer-reviewed journal published by CV. Get Press Indonesia, e-ISSN number xxxx-xxxx. This journal provides a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, communication professionals, and policymakers to contribute high-quality research in the fields of Media and Communication Studies, Digital Communication, Strategic Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Political Communication, Intercultural Communication, Organizational Communication, Health Communication, Communication for Social Change, and other related interdisciplinary communication fields.

All articles are freely available online under the CC BY 4.0 license and are published biannually (May and November). Submission and peer review are free of charge. Bridging Academic Knowledge and Transformative Communication Outcomes (BAKATO) is dedicated to advancing and disseminating high-quality research in communication science and its interdisciplinary applications. All submitted manuscripts must comply with the BAKATO Publication Ethics based on the COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines, the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), and the Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association (OASPA) for the principles of transparency and best practices in scholarly publishing. The journal does not accept advertising and does not send direct marketing to any parties.
