The Editorial Board of Plant and Agribusiness Research of Applied Knowledge (PARAK) acknowledges that plagiarism is unacceptable and therefore establishes the following policy, which outlines specific actions and sanctions if plagiarism is identified in a manuscript submitted for publication in Plant and Agribusiness Research of Applied Knowledge (PARAK).

• Every submitted manuscript will be screened using reliable plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin, iThenticate, Grammarly Plagiarism Checker, or Plagiarism Checker X.
• The screening is conducted by the journal's editorial team before the manuscript proceeds to the peer review process.

3. Maximum Similarity Threshold

• The submitted manuscript must have a maximum similarity index of 25%.
• Manuscripts exceeding this threshold may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected, depending on the severity and nature of the similarity detected.

4. Definition of Plagiarism

• Plagiarism is defined as the use of another person’s intellectual or scientific work, in whole or in part, without proper acknowledgment or citation.
• This includes copying text, ideas, data, tables, figures, images, research findings, or any other scholarly content without appropriate attribution.
• Self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, and redundant publication are also considered forms of publication misconduct.
