Publication Ethics:

Knowledge & Innovation in Molecular and Industrial Applications (KIMIA) ISSN: XXXX-XXXX is a peer-reviewed journal published by CV. Get Press Indonesia. The journal disseminates research findings in various fields of Chemistry and is available online as an open access resource. This statement outlines the ethical standards and responsibilities of all parties involved in the publication process, including authors, the Editor-in-Chief, the Editorial Board, peer reviewers, and the publisher.

Journal Publication Ethics Guidelines:

1. Author Ethics

• Honesty and Clear Reporting
  Authors are required to convey research information honestly, completely, and transparently, and store research data safely for verification if necessary.

• Originality and Anti-Plagiarism
  The submitted manuscript must be the author's original work, not the result of plagiarism, fabrication, or falsification of data. Authors are required to include reference sources correctly and not to submit the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously.

• Proper Acknowledgement of Authorship
  All those who have made significant contributions to the research must be acknowledged as authors, and the authors are responsible for the content of the manuscript.

• Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest
  Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may affect the results of the research or the interpretation of the data.

• Correction of Errors
  If an error is found after publication, the author must immediately inform the editor to make corrections or withdraw the article if necessary.

2. Editorial and Editorial Board Ethics

• Objective and Fair Editorial Decisions
  Editors should make decisions based on the scientific quality and relevance of the manuscript without discriminating against authors on the basis of race, gender, nationality, or affiliation.

• Confidentiality
  Information about manuscripts submitted for review must be kept confidential and shared only with those involved in the review process.

• Avoiding Conflicts of Interest
  Editors should avoid situations that could give rise to conflicts of interest in making decisions about publication.

• Handling Plagiarism and Ethical Violations
  The editor is responsible for ensuring that published manuscripts are free from plagiarism and other ethical violations and for taking corrective action if violations are discovered.

• Transparency and Promotion
  The journal management must be transparent in its publication policies and promote the publication of its results widely.

3. Reviewer Ethics

• Objective and Timely Assessment
  Reviewers should provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations based on the contents of the manuscript without regard to the identity of the author.

• Confidentiality of Manuscripts
  Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts and not use information from manuscripts for personal advantage before publication.

• Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest
  Reviewers should disclose any conflicts of interest and decline to review if this might affect their objectivity.

4. General Policy

• Knowledge & Innovation in Molecular and Industrial Applications (KIMIA) must refer to the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) Code of Ethics for Scientific Publication as the main guideline in maintaining the integrity and quality of publications.
• All parties involved in the publication process (authors, editors, reviewers, and journal managers) must comply with the principles of neutrality, fairness, and honesty in all stages of publication.
